About the Founder

Deborah Harper has held a variety of unique positions and pursued training in areas which helped her establish the Creating Change Network. She was a fundraiser for nonprofits, worked with State and Federal governments, is a credentialed private investigator and a retired Administrator at the University of Washington. Deborah has a BA in Political Science and post-graduate education (Evans School of Public Affairs) from the University of Washington. She also attend Harvard's Kennedy School of Government's Leadership Decision Making program.
